Aaron Osife
Aaron Osife worked at Alaska Bead Company from 2016 through 2019 and during that time felt right at home working around beads. He had first discovered his love of beading in 2015 at a time when he was bored while resting from a work related injury. His first projects were beading around a writing pen and creating a lighter cover. These first projects lit his fire of what was possible, coupled with being told, “As long as you can draw it, you can bead it”. He ventured forward, mastering the Peyote Stitch and incorporating his designs to celebrate his heritage as a member of the Tohono O’odham Nation from Southern, Arizona.
